Why don't I see pricing?

We don't list our pricing for a variety of reasons. First, we like the personal touch of discussing your needs and options so that you understand the quoted price. We do offer discounts and special deals on multiple items. We are very competitive. However, you may find another company who is cheaper than us. If you find lower rates, look out for lower service, operating outside the law, and worn out, dirty equipment. We strive to be the leader in the industry, and pride ourselves on being on time, easy to work with and friendly. Clean, quality equipment and safety is our #1 goal.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We deliver the equipment, set it up safely and conduct a safety inspection. We then come back to take it down at the end of your event. We will cover the safety rules and equipment guidelines with you and make sure everything is in good working order before your event starts. Set up normally takes 30 minutes per piece for large equipment.

What kind of power is required?

Normally, each inflatable runs off a regular 110v grounded outlet on a 20 AMP circuit – this usually is what you would consider a “normal plug” in most homes and businesses. If you are renting large equipment or multiple inflatables, we are happy to discuss the power needs with you ahead of time. We do rent generators for an additional charge for events in parks or at locations without sufficient power. Each inflatable must be within 75' of the power source (outlet or generator). The power needs of our non-inflatable equipment vary – we are happy to discuss it with you when you make a reservation.

Are reservations necessary?

Yes, during our peak season May-October, we suggest you call us at least 4-6 weeks ahead of time for a bounce and as much as 3-6 months ahead if you are planning a large event such as a school or church carnival, company picnic, or community event. The earlier you book, the greater your selection.

We are happy to work with you to ensure that you can get equipment that meets your needs. Give us a call and ask what's available! We do sell out on summer weekends. We are able to be much more flexible on weekdays and in the off-season, November – April.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we ask for a $50.00 deposit, at time of booking to reserve your equipment. We accept personal checks, VISA , Master Card & Discover. The balance is due at set-up time or before. We hold ourselves to high standards of customer service and this allows us to commit the equipment to you, and ensure that it's delivered and set up properly.

What kind of supervision is necessary?

All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times, for the safety of the participants. The prices for our 15x15’ bounces, games and concession rentals assume that you, the customer, will provide appropriate adult supervision. We are happy to provide supervision for that equipment at an additional charge – just ask when you make the reservation. Our larger equipment comes with supervision. Ask when booking to be sure you understand whether your rental includes supervision.

What is your cancellation policy?

For an individual party or single bouncer rental our cancellation policy is: Full Refund with cancellation at least 2 weeks ahead of time. If you cancel between 48 hours and 2 weeks ahead of time Bounce-A-Round Rentals keeps the deposit but you can apply it to a future rental.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR PARTY!!!

How many people can a bounce hold?

Our bounces are designed to safely accommodate the manufacturers recommended number of children. It is recommended that you group the bouncing participants by age. Can you set up inside?

Yes. Bounce-A-Round Rentals can set-up your bounce inside. A gym is a great place for set-up, especially during winter months or if rain is likely. The required space must be at least, 20' x 20' and as low as 10’ ceiling height depending on style of unit.

Will the bounce harm my lawn?

Bounce-A-Round Rentals cannot guarantee that the equipment will not have an affect on your lawn. Due to the weight of the bounce and depending on the length of time the bounce is in use, flattened grass is common but not permanent. During the heat of the summer, it is not uncommon to see burned blades of grass a few days after the moonwalk has been removed. The grass typically recovers within a week or so. We do use tarps that will protect the grass from permanent damage due to the shifting motion of the moonwalk.

Can you set up at a park?

Yes. Bounce-A-Round Rentals can deliver and set-up your equipment at a park. We do require that you call and get us proof of permission before the day of your party. We will provide proof of liability insurance if necessary.

Is the equipment safe?

It is a requirement that every inflatable is licensed and inspected by the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture/ Ride Safety Division. All our equipment is also registered with the PA. Dept. of Agriculture. We work hard to keep our equipment in good repair, and we will clearly explain the operating rules to you when we set up the equipment. As with any vigorous activity, adult supervision and following the safety guidelines is important to ensure the safety of all participants.

What if I want to change my order?

Please give us a call if your needs change – we are happy to change your order based on equipment available. The earlier you call, the greater your selection.
